1. Download our guides to ensure a more optimal print result.
2. Be sure to DELETE any hidden layers that are not intended to print (ie: setup guide layers or other hidden artwork layers) to ensure no risk of them appearing on the final print.
3. Each job (including multiple paged projects) must be submitted as a single PDF file. Ensure that all pages are the same size.
4. Files must be submitted with proper orientation to ensure proper back up.
5. It is best to try to avoid using borders in your design. If a border is too close to the trim, the trim may be slightly off-center.
6. File must consist of 1/8" bleed and all important art and text must be within the safety margin.
7. Ensure that your PDF is high res and that all images are CMYK at 300 DPI.
8. Black type should have the following values: C0, M0, Y0, K100.
9. Embed or outline all fonts.
10. For best colour results, supply a CMYK only files.

Files shoud be PDF - CMYK - 300 dpi.

Graphics Design Checklist:

1. All fonts are included
2. Type is legible and crisp.
3. Page layout is correct.
4. Margins are set.
5. Artwork matches the specified dimensions.
6. All linked files, images, and fonts are placed in separate folders.
7. Colors in CMYK mode.

Graphics Design File Specifications:

Bleeds:  A 1/8" border must be added to pictures and designs bleeding to the edge, so that there is no white space or border showing around the artwork. It is also important to keep text at least a 1/4" away from the paper edge or the trim line. This will prevent issues in trimming.

Colours:  Print previews are not a safe and sure measuring tool for colour accuracy. Colors on the file might be affected by monitor calibration, screen resolution and lighting, just to name a few. Many Pantone colours show a marked colour shift when converted to four colour process.  To achieve the desired colour on press, digital files must reflect accurate colour models and percentage. Please make sure all colours are in CMYK mode for colour accuracy and a better quality output.

Resolution:  All images and pictures should be 300 dpi.  Rasterized text or logos should be 1200 dpi.  Screen values should be between 133 lpi and 150 lpi  For Adobe Photoshop, files should be 300 dpi at 100% of actual size for quality offset reproduction.  Files should be saved in PDF format (embed all fonts and set the screen value to 133 lpi.)

Digital Proofs:  Proofs show layout and design elements, but are not a guarantee of colour accuracy. If colour accuracy is of extreme importance to you, please ask for a hard copy proof. Scan all transparencies and line art at 100% of final size unless data size is prohibitive. If such a case occurs, scan at 1/4 or 1/2 of final size.

1.  Log in to your account or register if first time
2.  Select your product and input your variables (Size, Qty, Stock, Coating, etc.)
3.  “Turnaround” is the estimated print production time (not shipping time)
4.  Complete the “Estimated Shipping Cost” & select the “Shipping Type”
5.  Click “Upload Design” to submit your design file
6.  Note the various guides showing required layouts and bleeds
7.  If applicable, choose your product size
8.  Under “Artwork Name”, give your design file a name
9.  Click on “Select File” to upload your design file
10.  Despite saying “Upload Front Page” your file should actually include the complete layout
11.  Click “Check Out”
12.  If you’ve not already logged in, log in or register now
13.  If needed, make any Product Option changes now
14.  Click on “I agree to Terms of Use” and click “Save & Add to Cart”
15.  Verify the contents of your shopping cart and shipping information
16.  Add your coupon code here if you have one
17.  Add any special instructions if applicable
18.  Click on “Order Complete”
19.  At this point you will be redirected to our PayPal payment page
20.  Choose your payment method and click “Complete Purchase”
21.  You will then receive your order confirmation email
22.  Later you will receive an order completion email and then shipping notifications via email
